Lydney Dial-a-Ride is registered as a charitable organisation or a community transport service, operating on a not-for-profit basis.

Lydney Dial-a-Ride is governed by a board of trustees and complies with regulations set by the Charity Commission and relevant transport authorities. As a community transport provider, we operate under a Section 19 or Section 22 permit, allowing it to offer transport services for those who cannot access conventional public transport due to age, disability, or rural isolation.
